A cloud based system, Timegate enables APP UK to optimise operational efficiencies, streamline its processes and provides real time performance information which is aligned with KPIs for the business and individual contracts. Core functions include time and attendance monitoring, automated payroll and roster planning, a suite of management information metrics, automated employee communications, and operational and audit protocol tracking.
Through the Timegate APP available across all mobile platforms, APP UK employees have real time access to an HR engagement pack which enables them to submit holiday requests online, communicate directly when remote working, access ‘toolbox training’ and HR information, view pay information and their shift patterns, available overtime opportunities and vacancy details.
